  • Cleaned and pre-processed 7,000+ records using Pandas, handling missing values and data type inconsistencies for a clean modeling dataset.
  • Conducted Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover a 25% higher churn rate associated with month-to-month contracts.

Technical Execution

  • Cleaned and prepared real estate listing data using Python and Pandas by standardizing columns, converting numeric fields, removing duplicates, and fixing inconsistent categorical values.
  • Performed Exploratory Data Analysis to compare locality-wise pricing, rate per sqft, BHK configuration, property type, builder pricing, and RERA approval impact.
  • Built a professional Power BI dashboard with KPI cards, slicers, and interactive visuals to present market insights in a business-friendly format.
