High attrition rates among fiber-optic customers were hurting the bottom line. The goal was to identify the primary drivers of churn using statistical evidence and visualization.

Technical Execution

Cleaned and pre-processed 7,000+ records using Pandas, handling missing values and data type inconsistencies for a clean modeling dataset.
Conducted Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover a 25% higher churn rate associated with month-to-month contracts.
Built correlation heatmaps and distribution plots in Seaborn to visualize the impact of monthly charges and technical support quality on retention.

Buyers, investors, and developers needed clear, data-backed insights into Gurgaon’s residential real estate market, including premium localities, pricing trends, builder influence, property type performance, and RERA impact.

Technical Execution

Cleaned and prepared real estate listing data using Python and Pandas by standardizing columns, converting numeric fields, removing duplicates, and fixing inconsistent categorical values.
Performed Exploratory Data Analysis to compare locality-wise pricing, rate per sqft, BHK configuration, property type, builder pricing, and RERA approval impact.
Built a professional Power BI dashboard with KPI cards, slicers, and interactive visuals to present market insights in a business-friendly format.

The business needed a structured analytics system to understand customer behavior, product performance, revenue trends, payment patterns, and order cancellations from e-commerce transaction data.

Technical Execution

Designed a relational MySQL database with customers, products, orders, order_items, and payments tables using primary and foreign key relationships for structured analysis.
Wrote business-focused SQL queries using joins, aggregations, filtering, subqueries, CASE WHEN logic, and window functions to extract actionable insights.
Analyzed revenue by product and category, best-selling products, top customers, monthly revenue, payment modes, cancellation rate, and city-wise performance.

Created calculated columns for Order Year, Order Month, Month Number, Profit Margin, and Delivery Days to support time-based and profitability analysis.
Built an interactive dashboard using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, KPI cards, and slicers to analyze sales, profit, region, category, segment, and product-level performance.
